Working with all ages of clients from babies to ninety-year olds, I've been a licensed and certified massage therapist for more than twenty-five years. My work combines: Polyvagal Therapy, Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Neurovascular Integration, Ortho Bionomy Techniques, Neuromuscular Therapy, Healing from Trauma, Sports and Swedish massage, Transparency Coaching, and Hatha Yoga. I guide clients into feeling- and knowing- what their peaceful nervous system feels like, then support their own internal healing from within that place of peace. I also address a client's processing of restrictive thoughts, beliefs, and stories. This frees up more energy to support the body's natural restorative functions.
