Welcome to Roma Thai Yoga, where we celebrate the ancient tradition and healing power of Thai Massage. Our approach embodies the spirit of the Buddha's teachings, recognizing that a healthy body is essential for a strong mind.
Through the practice of Thai massage, we believe in nurturing both physical and spiritual well-being. We invite you to explore this profound art, which has been practiced by Buddhist monks in Thailand for over 2500 years. It involves a unique blend of passive stretching and gentle pressure applied along the body's energy lines, known as sen lines, to restore balance and promote vitality.
David's Journey
David Roma's passion for Thai massage began during his time in Bangkok in the mid-1990s. As a pilot, he found solace in the practice, recognizing its transformative impact on his own well-being. His dedication led him to pursue formal training and certification, becoming a Nationally Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Through years of dedicated practice and study, he has become an accomplished Thai massage instructor, sharing his knowledge and experience with students worldwide.

- Release physical tension and pain.
- Improve posture and alignment.
- Enhance circulation and lymphatic drainage.
- Calm the nervous system and promote relaxation.
- Increase energy levels and vitality.
