Our Story
My journey began in sunny south Florida, where I grew up living an active outdoor lifestyle. This love of the outdoors led me to spend my summers in Montauk, New York, and winters in Costa Rica. As I embarked on my education, I knew I didn't want to stay indoors in the winter. I naturally started looking for warm, international schools that were accredited in the United States. Luckily, I found an amazing place; The Costa Rica School of Massage. I was accepted as one of only 12 students in their intensive, condensed winter program. Graduating at the top of my class, I believed in the words of my Director, "You have a natural gift, trust in the work and follow your heart". After graduation, I returned to Montauk, New York to build my practice, Cshells Massage On the Move. Happily, it grew at a pace I was not expecting. I delivered the highest quality service to my clients in their homes from Montauk to The Hamptons, from 2008 to 2011.

- Massage Cloud 9: 90 minutes of Hot Stone Therapy, warmed essential oil scalp massage, and finishing with deep relaxing, stress-relieving foot massage
- Mind Melt: 60 minutes of neck and shoulder relief, warmed essential oil scalp massage, and finishing with the best foot massage ever
- Cshells Signature Massage: 60 minutes of therapeutic, relaxing, and focusing on your unique needs, relieving stress and tension
Enhancements
- Hydrating Heated Scalp Massage: Warmed essential oils infused with Organic Jojoba Oil massaged into your scalp, then wrapped with warmed towels to assist with deeper absorption and hydration. This treatment assists with decrease in itch and irritation. $10
- Relaxing/Softening Warmed Foot Treatment: Vanilla/Peppermint infused lotion massage into your feet, then followed by a warm compression technique to increase blood flow and relaxation. $15
