Kate's profound understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit is woven into the essence of our teachings. She draws upon a rich tapestry of modalities, including clinical Western approaches such as sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), alongside Asian modalities like acupressure, sotai, shiatsu, Jin Shin Do, and Thai-Yoga bodywork. Her expertise extends to energy work, encompassing the Brennan Healing Science, further enriching her therapeutic approach.
