The Neuro Massage Therapy Institute, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Art Bailey, a German-born immigrant with a profound understanding of anatomy, physiology, psychology, and kinesiology. As a martial arts instructor and a police tactics instructor, Art has developed the Pneuma system of martial arts in 1980. He has also taught anatomy, physiology, psychology, and kinesiology, and has patented a hand therapy device and the trampoline safety enclosure for stroke rehabilitation.

Art Bailey's vision was to elevate the quality of health care for massage therapists by introducing them to the realm of medical massage therapy. He believes that massage therapists should not only be licensed to address specific pain areas but also be equipped with the knowledge of neurology, anatomy, physiology, and orthopedic assessment. This enables them to understand what may be wrong and avoid working outside their license.

Our Services

At the Neuro Massage Therapy Institute, we offer continuing education courses for massage therapy and private class instruction in Neuro Massage Therapy to small groups and individual massage therapists as well as other health care professionals. Our clinic treatments are available to the general public at our clinic located at 33336 Duff Rd. Walker, Monday through Saturday 8:30 am -6:30pm.

We guarantee that if we don't help you, we don't charge you. We do not accept insurance, but instead, focus on providing the best service possible to our clients.
