At Optimum Health Therapeutic Massage, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service. Our team of licensed therapists includes:

• Christine Bissonnette, LMT, Kripalu E-RYT 500, LMT, Integrated Positional Therapist, Yoga Alliance YACEP Continuing Ed provider, and NCBTMB Continuing Ed provider, with over 20 years of experience in massage therapy and education.
• Diane Carabetta, LMT, with over 25 years of experience in massage therapy and a focus on injury and rehab modalities.
• Tara Swinchatt, LMT, with a background in Multicare Physicians and a focus on working with athletes and individuals who work hard.

Our Office

Our office is conveniently located in Westfield, Massachusetts, and is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and by appointment on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
