Nourishing Body, Mind, and Soul through Therapeutic Touch
As a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist, I, Nae Pearson, am passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness through massage and therapeutic bodywork. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and abilities, from seniors to athletes, and everywhere in between.
My Journey
My professional journey has taken me from the Peabody Conservatory of Music to Wesley Theological Seminary, where I leveraged the power of music to facilitate personal growth and healing. I have also had the opportunity to work as an in-home therapist for Encompass Meds, LLC, serving seniors in the Bethesda, Maryland area.
My Approach
As a holistic practitioner, I take a comprehensive approach to wellness, integrating massage therapy, nutrition, and exercise physiology to support my clients' goals. My philosophy is centered around creating an evolving client-partnership, fostering exceptional levels of well-being through expert, mindful massage services.
Services

- Myofascial Release: A soft tissue therapy designed to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body by stretching and releasing the fascia.
- Geriatric Massage: A specialized massage designed to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and increase range of motion, specifically catering to the needs of the elderly.
- Active Isolated Stretching (AIS): A dynamic system for improving flexibility and overall well-being, developed by Aaron Mattes.
