Monarch Massage Therapy

Monarch Massage Therapy is a practice founded on the idea that massage therapy is a balance of opposites. Just as the word "monarch" brings to mind both the fluid and intuitive grace of a butterfly and the power and leadership implied by the title, our approach to massage therapy seeks to combine the gentle relaxation evoked by the word "massage" with the diligence and training implied by the word "therapy". Pre/Post Natal Massage

Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum are powerful and transformative times in a woman's life, and massage therapy is a wonderful way to help assimilate all the exciting changes. Our prenatal massage services are designed to provide a safe and therapeutic experience for expectant mothers. Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage

Our deep tissue and therapeutic massage services are designed to target specific areas of the body to relieve pain, limited mobility, stiffness, and chronic issues. Swedish Massage

Our Swedish massage services are designed to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and improve circulation. By using long strokes, kneading, and tapping, our therapist can help melt away stress and promote overall well-being.
