What to Expect

Before your appointment, please note that:

• We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled session to complete paperwork and get settled.
• Masks are not required for vaccinated clients. However, if you are unvaccinated or showing symptoms of any illness (including colds or allergies), we kindly request that you wear a mask during your visit.
• We appreciate online bookings made 36 hours in advance or scheduling via phone (704-806-8380) or text.
• Please refrain from walk-ins; all sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
