Our journey began thirty years ago in St. Albans, Vermont, with a single massage therapist and a profound belief in the healing power of touch. The foundation of our business was the understanding that bodywork is an invaluable tool for promoting overall well-being. Over the years, our small endeavor has blossomed into a renowned institution, the Wellness Massage Center & Institute. Now, we boast a team of ten highly skilled Certified Massage Therapists and offer a comprehensive 750-hour Massage Certification Program accredited by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB).

We are deeply committed to providing a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing the interconnectedness of the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person's existence. Our facility serves as a sanctuary where individuals can escape the stresses of daily life and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

Our Services

At the Wellness Massage Center, we offer a diverse range of massage modalities to address the unique needs of every client. Our therapists are expertly trained in a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, sports massage, myofascial release, and reflexology. Each massage is tailored to your individual requirements, taking into account your specific concerns, preferences, and physical condition.

Beyond massage therapy, we are proud to offer Reiki sessions conducted by a certified Reiki Master. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional well-being.

Our Facility

Our fully handicapped-accessible facility is designed to provide a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. We have created two comfortable waiting rooms, one on each floor, to ensure that all our guests feel at ease. Our second-floor treatment rooms, spacious and filled with natural light, offer a serene setting for massage therapy.

On the main floor, you will find additional treatment rooms, a bathroom, and our spacious classroom, which serves as a vibrant hub for both our 750-hour Massage Certification Program and a variety of continuing education workshops. The classroom is meticulously equipped with five massage tables, stools, an interactive white board, and a comprehensive library of books on massage, bodywork, and holistic wellness.
