Prenatal Massage: We understand that pregnancy can be a challenging time for many women. Our prenatal massage service is designed to ease discomfort, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
Sports Massage: This service is designed to improve athletic performance, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance recovery.

Our Therapists

At Idaho Massage, we are proud to have a team of experienced and certified massage therapists who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Our therapists are passionate about their work and committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

Lynda Hopkins: Our owner and a licensed massage therapist since 2003, Lynda has years of experience in the industry. She is a certified instructor in Traditional Thai Massage and has also studied reflexology and myofascial release.
John: Our other massage therapist, John, is a certified massage therapist with extensive training in sports massage, cupping, and Gua Sha. He is also a certified personal trainer and has worked with athletes and active individuals.

Membership Program

We understand that regular massage therapy can be a key component of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. That's why we offer a membership program designed to reward our loyal clients. Our membership program is simple: pay $49 per year and receive a discount on every massage booking. Our membership program is valid from January 1st to December 31st of every year.
