• Swedish Massage: A hands-on, full-body massage of medium pressure that relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, and promotes total mind and body relaxation.
• Deep Tissue Massage: A firm pressure therapeutic massage that helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation, and tissue damage.
• Hot Stone Massage: A relaxing and rejuvenating treatment that uses penetrating heat from smooth, oiled, and warmed stones to relieve tense muscles and sore joints.
• Aromatherapy Lymphatic Massage: A massage designed to flush your body of toxins and get your lymph fluid flowing, promoting deep relaxation and boosting your immune system.
• Sports Massage: A therapeutic massage that includes stretching and compression techniques to rehabilitate soft tissue dysfunction resulting from physical labor, lifting weights, or sports-related injuries.
• Prenatal Massage: A gentle massage geared to relieving muscle cramps, spasms, and pain often encountered in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs during pregnancy.
• Body Insight (NMT): A neuromuscular therapy that provides long-term change by re-educating the muscle through strengthening over-stretched muscles and lengthening shortened muscles due to overuse and habit.
