For Pilates classes, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. For massage appointments, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Please also bring a water bottle and any necessary health paperwork or insurance information.

Do you accept insurance for massage services?

We do not accept insurance for massage services, but we do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

Do I need to have experience with Pilates to attend a class?

No, our Pilates classes are designed for all fitness levels, and our instructors will provide modifications and variations to ensure that everyone can participate safely and effectively.

Waiver & Cancellation Policy

Please note that we require a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We also require all clients to fill out a waiver and health questionnaire before their first appointment.
