Client Policies
At Lulay Massage, we understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented new policies to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our clients. Please note the following:
- Prior to your appointment, please take your temperature to ensure it is within normal limits.
- Please answer the following questions with a yes or no and respond via text, email, or phone call: Have you had a fever in the past 24 hours (CDC says 100.3 or higher)? Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath? Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?
- Upon arrival, please wait in your car and wait for a text from us to let you know we are ready to begin. We will then escort you to the treatment room where you will wash your hands prior to the massage.
- We ask that clients use the door closest to our office and kindly request that you avoid using the waiting room seating.
- We will only use the treatment room, and we ask that clients try to use the restroom prior to arrival to minimize the use of the treatment room.
- We will be using sandals or slides to get to the treatment table, and we kindly request that clients bring their own if needed.
- We will be sanitizing the treatment room and all areas used after each client, and we will be wearing masks during the time of service.
