Making an Appointment

To schedule an appointment or inquire about our services, please contact us at 727-712-8900. We understand the importance of your time and will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We also accept most major insurances, Medicare, and all auto insurances. We accept credit card, check, HSA debits, and cash as forms of payment.

Finances

We understand the importance of transparency in financial planning. We will provide verification of your insurance benefits prior to your initial visit. We also accept Letters of Protection from attorneys if treatment is due to the result of a car accident.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your cooperation in giving us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Less than 12 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
