New Moon Bodywork and Botanicals was founded in 1996 by Holly Dunbar, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Herbalist, and Certified Aromatherapist. Holly's eclectic approach to bodywork combines deep tissue, myofascial release, aromatherapy, acupressure, and hot stone massage to achieve desired results for clients. Her expertise also extends to herbal medicine consultations, offering a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Holly is a professional member of the American Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the American Herbalists Guild. She has completed studies in Chinese and Western Herbalism at the East West Herb School in Santa Cruz, CA, and has a 300-hour mentorship with herbalist Michael Tierra, L.Ac., OMD. Her aromatherapy certifications include Light and Bryan Miller, and Aromahead Institute, among others. Holly has taught classes at various institutions and workshops in the local community.

The New Moon aromatherapy product line is a creation of Holly's, combining her knowledge of Herbalism and Aromatherapy with a belief in the healing power of natural ingredients. The practice also offers facials, natural skincare, and aromatherapy services, all designed to promote holistic health and wellness.
