• Swedish Massage: uses five styles of long, flowing strokes in the direction of blood flow returning back to the heart

• Lomi Lomi Lomi: a Hawaiian method combining various techniques to relax each part of the body, leaving clients feeling serene and relaxed
• Mobility Massage: custom pressure massage with targeted area stretching incorporated into treatment
• Pre-Natal Massage: therapeutic bodywork focusing on the unique needs of pregnant women
