Our Services

We offer an extensive menu of over 50 specialty treatments designed to cater to your every need. From soothing massages to invigorating body wraps, our skilled therapists are dedicated to providing you with the ultimate spa experience. We use only the finest products, including the renowned Pevonia Botanica spa brand, to ensure that you receive the best possible results.

Client Comfort and Safety

Your comfort and safety are of utmost importance to us. We ask that you please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for preparation. We also request that you silence your cell phone and keep voices to a minimum for the comfort of other guests receiving services. Our spa amenities include robes, gowns, slippers, herbal teas, and shower facilities on premises.

Reservations and Cancellations

We recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving to ensure a time most convenient for you. If you must cancel or change your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment.

Communication and Allergies

We value open communication with our clients. Please notify the Spa Director and your therapist if you have any allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, physical disabilities, or if you are pregnant. This information will help us tailor your spa experience to meet your specific needs.

Gift Certificates

Sanctuary Gift Certificates make the perfect gift for someone special. Available for any service, denomination, product, or package, you can conveniently order your gift certificates online, by phone, or by visiting the Sanctuary. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
