Our Expertise

Our founder, Paula Nesoff, MSW, RMT, has a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of massage therapy and energy work. With a background in social work, education, meditation, dance, Tai Chi, and movement, Paula is uniquely qualified to provide clients with individualized treatment plans that enhance their sense of well-being and empowerment for their own healing. Her extensive education and training include a Master's of Social Work from the City University of New York, a license in massage therapy from Cortiva Institute, School of Massage Therapy, and certification as a Reiki practitioner.
