As the founder of Sparrow's Nest, I, Sparrow Harrington, have had the privilege of helping thousands of women prepare for and heal from birth, catering to all types of pregnancies, from low-risk to complicated pregnancies on bed rest. With over a decade of experience, I have learned that motherhood is the great equalizer, revealing our raw humanity and rebuilding us stronger. My own personal journey, which included a traumatic birth experience, has given me a deep understanding of the importance of nurturing support for expectant and new mothers.
