Our Services
Our services include Swedish Massage, which is a treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. This technique is characterized by five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. The benefits of Swedish massage include relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesion's, and improved circulation.
We also offer Sports Massage, which is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. This massage can be used in three contexts: pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment. Pre-event massage is delivered at the performance site, usually with the athlete fully clothed, to establish blood flow and warm up muscles. Post-event massage is also delivered on site, through the clothes, to calm the nervous system and reduce recovery time.
Another service we offer is Deep Tissue Massage. This technique is used to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia, requiring advanced training and a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology. Deep tissue massage helps with chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation, and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.
