I became a licensed massage therapist because I believe that massage and bodywork is at the root of living a happier and healthier life. My clients benefit from massage in a variety of ways and feel better when they take an active role in their health. Using a variety of massage techniques, we will work together to help reduce your stress, relieve your pain and muscle tension, and help to restore your body and mind back to a healthy state. My positive mindset and healthy body maintenance, including regular exercise, outdoor activities, and travel, are at the heart of who I am and what I do. But that was not always the case. I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which is why I'm dedicated to helping others achieve their wellness goals.

COVID-19 Policy

To ensure your safety and well-being, we have implemented several COVID-19 protocols. These include following CDC guidelines, universal masking from onset of patient contact, washing and sanitizing hands between every patient, removal of high-touch items, disinfecting equipment and common areas, and a screening process for all patients.
