Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to help our clients achieve their goals and overcome various physical challenges. These services include:
Advanced Myofascial Techniques: This technique focuses on increasing movement options and refining proprioception, often resulting in decreased pain and a sense of ease in the body.
Positional Release Therapy: A gentle and passive technique used to resolve somatic dysfunction and treat acute, subacute, and chronic dysfunction in people of all ages.
Sports Massage: A specific form of massage therapy geared towards athletes of every kind, focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and aggressive movements.
Medically Necessary Massage: A targeted approach used to treat specific problem areas for individuals suffering from injuries such as disc herniations, nerve impingements, back surgery, hip replacements, and concussions.
Bodymap Refinement: A process that involves gaining access to your own body map through self-observation and self-inquiry, leading to more efficient posture and ease of movement.
Breathwork: A technique that focuses on maximizing breath to optimize how you feel, often having a positive effect on other areas of the body.
Ligament and Myofascial Work: A specialized approach that targets ligaments and fascia, often requiring a different approach than working with muscles.
IASTM: A technique that uses instruments to assist with soft tissue mobilization and release.
Our Philosophy
At our practice, we believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to bodywork and movement. We take the time to understand each client's unique needs and goals, and tailor our services to meet those specific needs. We believe in empowering individuals to take control of their own health and wellness, and providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their goals.
