What to Expect
Before your massage, we recommend eating lightly at least an hour in advance and taking a warm shower. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes early will allow you to fill out a health questionnaire and get settled before your session. During your massage, feel free to communicate your needs with your therapist. We are here to help you relax and rejuvenate, so don't hesitate to ask for adjustments or modifications to your massage.
